Fusion Workflows
All Fusion workflows, and account segmentations, are client and product specific. Fusion allows all inventories to be
viewed in the form of a dynamic list. Collector decisions and Fusion's electronic scripting continually move inventory
and directly affect list segmentation. New numbers are continuously introduced into the database until either confirmation
occurs, in the form of a direct contact with the delinquent customer, or until all lead sources are exhausted.
Since Fusion platform supports SQL queries, the resulting data can be studied in OLAP making it possible for portfolio
and collection managers to develop large scale strategies based on the details associated with a specific historically
significant collection process.
