Fusion Reporting Interface

Fusion deployment employs an encrypted, web-based, reporting environment that offers substantial operational insight and detailed inventory analysis overviews. Daily activity is based on the review of data in real time, and over a 1- day delay. The website includes more than 100 pre-canned, operational reports that track collections, skip-tracing and telecommunication events from a number of perspectives.

Unlike other collections systems, Fusion's statistical analysis includes collector contribution to payment, confirmations by placement, dollars impacted versus collected analysis, stair step liquidation performance, NTS or nothing-to-skip bureau statistics, the skip-tracing phase inventory clock, and the Skip-Source Contribution to Payment.

Incorporating all Inbound, Outbound and Dialer call performance, the Fusion Communication Center housed within the site offers clients the ability to understand the dynamics of call management and how it impacts the collection effort. Fusion was specifically created for those required to manage to service level standards while contending with separate phone switch reporting.

Financial reporting includes traditional overviews of dollars collected, project liquidation, placement and inventory reconciliation. However the site was created to offer more than just report findings. Contained within the reporting site is an SQL-based, work flow engine that allows clients to create workflows on line and then have them immediately deployed. Multiple query points for the SQL engine include: account type, status, attribute tree, confirmed status, promised status, skip process, balance, time zone, and number disposition.
