Fusion Recording Technologies
All Fusion calls are recorded and stored in a "transactional", web-based database. All calls are updated daily and
report the Fusion reference number in order to allow the actual account to be viewed while calls are played back for
audit and compliance purposes. Recorded calls are organized by client, date, collector and transaction of the phone call
entered into Fusion by the respective collector. All recordings are published in the form of a MP3 file. Recording
technologies help management teach process by creating a level of seriousness for all collectors involved in 3rd party
financial negotiations.
