Tritium prefers new hires that have had no prior collection experience. All new employees must successfully complete
Wonderlick IQ Testing, a Business Security Review and pass speech recognition and articulation testing (reading aloud)
before being accepted into the Tritium Training program. Training segments can be changed and edited per industry and
product lines.
