Client Host Interface
Fusion is fully interoperable with client host systems, e.g., FDR and Total Systems (TSYS). Fusion allows FDR and TSYS
user's to continue to use their existing host systems while deploying Fusion under either a Tritium outsourcing agreement,
or in coordination with the client's internal operations.
Fusion saves all transactional events associated with each account placement. All placed information, skip-tracing sources,
phone sources and collector activity is recorded and reported back to the client's host system. All action and result codes
are mapped to the client's environment.
Fusion's rule sets support client-specific APR calculations and minimum payment criteria. Fusion provides a direct dialing
interface and an ACD compliance tracking system which is transparent, Fusion can be deployed at any location with file
transfer occurring via FTP (or other secure protocol), a dedicated circuit (T-1) or via a VPN.
The client can assign inventory to specific work queues, e.g., FDR or TSYS, and Tritium scrapes data and then updates the
appropriate Fusion systems. All daily transactions are uploaded to the client host. Fusion functions in a transparent
manner, from a host system perspective, working in conjunction with internal collection environments.
