ACH Technologies - Sample Custom Client Solutions
Tritium creates new technologies based on the client's specific business needs and requirements, e.g., the Fusion
ACH client interface that allows end users, from multiple locations, to process check information in the form of
an ACH transaction and thereby avoid expenses associated with manual check processing. ACH transfers make funds
available faster and reduce payment processing time. Web-enabled entry and management software is deployed by each
agent, or representative, and each transmission is routed to Tritium's Level 3, co-locate facility and replicated at
Tritium's data center.
All transactional information is electronically compared against the client's host system of record for authenticity.
Customer payment information is bundled and then proceeds via the client's bank facilitator. All client host systems
are updated. End users are notified of success, or failure, of each transaction. Total reconciliations are conducted
daily. Tritium's main headquarters, and its co-locate facility, provide full redundancy, full NACHA compliance and
client security.
Additional ACH Information
Data can be entered or reviewed at any time (24x7x365) by collectors, worldwide, via Tritium's secure web interface,
and compared/validated via a client host "scrape". Fusion's flexible design features make it possible to meet each
client's specific requirements. Tritium provides comprehensive ACH training and real-time customized reporting.
Tritium's ACH technology is fully compatible with existing on-line environments (PC-based) and complete redundancy
is provided for all hardware facilities and telecommunications. Tritium can also handle all mail requirements in
accordance with NACHA's compliance standards and can separate and coordinate consumer and commercial accounts.
