Communications and Networking
Tritium's primary operating center exploits alternate wire center services, self-healing SONET services, diverse path
designs for data circuits, and numerous local, long distance circuits, to insure maximum flexibility and recoverability
in the event of an enterprise scale carrier fault or other disaster. Critical data circuits are deployed with online
backup circuits through other carriers provisioned through separate physical access points into the building where
possible. Duplicate terminal equipment in Hot Standby is deployed as necessary. Replacement networking equipment is
stored on site to permit recovery from hardware failures wherever possible. Circuits are maintained to backup locations
and between backup locations to permit better recover in the event of a total loss of the primary facility. PBX, Dialer,
and other Switching systems are backed by emergency replacement agreements.
